This workshop enables students to enhance their knowledge of Flamenco dance and music, focusing on the study of Seguiriyas, we will work on this powerful rhythm through zapateado (footwork), técnica corporal (body technique), giros (turns) palmas (claps) body percussion, and Choreography. We can't wait to explore this intense and traditional palo (Flamenco rhythm)! About Nino... Nino de los Reyes is a flamenco dancer, choreographer, stage director, and musician who has performed and collaborated with a variety of artists:  Grammy Award winner In 2020, de los Reyes became the first dancer to win a Grammy Award for Best Latin Jazz Album for his work on Chick Corea and The Spanish Heart Band's Antidote.  Collaborations De los Reyes has also worked with Paul Simon on his album Stranger to Stranger, and has performed with Joaquin Grilo, Milagros Mengibar, Antonio Reyes, and his brother Isaac De Los Reyes.  Teaching De los Reyes has taught classes and workshops around the world, and frequently gives classes at Amor de Dios in Madrid, where he trained in flamenco and ballet.  Stage productions De los Reyes has created four dance productions: ORIGEN, INSIDE, TIERRA, and UNO MÁS DE LA BANDA.  Early career Born in Boston in 1985, de los Reyes made his professional debut at age 6 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His parents were master dancer/teachers Ramón de los Reyes and Clara Ramona.  Other accomplishments De los Reyes has won first prize for Choreography Soloist from the Certamen de Danza Española y Flamenco de Madrid.
