Flamenco dance is for people of all ages without prior dance training. You don't need a partner for flamenco dance! We offer classes from complete beginners to advanced beginners and are proud of the friendly, supportive, and motivated community at our studio. Join us for our Mondays (new!), Wednesdays evening, and/or our fun Saturdays Flamenco Coffee ☕ time!

I am a beginner, what can I wear for my first classes?
Comfortable clothing for dancing, a flamenco practice skirt when you can. Character shoes or a sturdy shoe with 1”-2” heels. Amazon carries lots of character shoes. As you go along you may want to consider purchasing traditional flamenco shoes.
It is recommended to order flamenco shoes from Spain, here some websites and brands we like:

Yes, you may also park across the street at the Bike store after 5 pm.

Do I need previous dance experience?​
No. Flamenco is for everyone... all ages and body types. It is a particularly powerful tool for women and girls, helping to build self-esteem and a positive body image. Anyone can begin Flamenco at any time – no partner or previous dance training is necessary. Some of my students have even begun dancing in their 40s and 50s and performed with me at local festivals. It’s never too late!

Does your team perform?​
Flamenco Worcester dance team often performs at local festivals and special events throughout the year including the Worcester County Dance Festival at The Hanover Theatre and several others in the region. We also present an annual Flamenco Showcase called: FLAMENCO! Tradition, Art & Passion, where families and friends can enjoy what our adult and youth students have learned, and our advanced students can share their passion.​ Together, our Flamenco troupe shares and creates a vibrant community of support, learning, and artistic self-expression.
